Episode 13: Mental Health and the Military w/ Robert Pena

Today we welcome a very special guest. Jammile Hughes steps in the hosting chair as he has a transparent discussion with Robert Pena about mental health and the military. For the month of May Robert and Jammile joined Mission 22 a non-profit organization that was founded by veterans. The program helps veterans living with PTSD, traumatic brain injury or military sexual trauma. They provide free, long-term programs for veterans that focus on growth and healing. Jammile and Robert are completing a 90-mile challenge in May to bring awareness to these issues.
